Structured ADHD & Neurodiversity Screening - With Practical Nervous System Support

Evidence-based assessment tools + professional interpretation + regulation-focused strategies - for adults and families seeking clarity and functional support.

Many individuals and families arrive here feeling overwhelmed, confused, and quietly exhausted.

With so much information now available about ADHD and neurodivergence, parts of what they read may resonate deeply, yet everyday life can still feel harder than it should. There may be struggles with focus, emotional regulation, overload, unfinished tasks, school or work friction, or a sense of underperforming despite real effort. Often there is a growing desire to understand what is really happening and how to work with, rather than against, the way the brain and nervous system function.

Many adults and families suspect ADHD or neurodivergent traits but don’t know where to start, or face long waiting lists for formal assessment. This structured screening and support service provides clear, evidence-based insight into cognitive and regulation patterns using validated psychometric tools and a guided interpretation session.

This is not about labels, it is about understanding your wiring and building practical support strategies that fit how you function best.

Important Scope & Ethics

These are structured diagnostic screening tools, not a formal medical diagnosis.

Results may not be accepted by your GP or health authority for medication or legal diagnostic purposes. However, many clients choose to share their reports with their doctor or specialist as supporting information.

This process can serve as a credible call to attention showing that structured steps have already been taken.

If you wish to pursue formal diagnosis, referral guidance can be provided.

Support While Waiting for Specialist Assessment

Waiting lists for child and adolescent services can be very long, and in some areas the service has been stopped altogether.

This service helps families:

• gather structured screening data
• understand behavior and attention patterns
• reduce confusion and self-blame
• support regulation at home
• support school conversations
• build strategies while waiting

This is bridge support , not diagnosis replacement.

Regulation & Function - Not Just Scores

Alongside screening results, we focus on:

• nervous system regulation tools
• executive function supports
• routine & environment adjustments
• overload recovery strategies
• emotional regulation practices
• evidence-informed natural support options

The goal is practical empowerment, not dependency.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an official ADHD diagnosis?

No. This service provides structured psychometric screening and interpretation, not a formal medical diagnosis. The tools used are widely recognized and evidence-based, but a formal diagnosis must be made by a qualified medical or clinical specialist regsitered in your area.

Will my GP accept these results for medication?

Usually not for medication decisions on their own. However, many clients choose to share their screening reports with their GP or specialist as supporting information. It demonstrates that structured assessment steps have already been taken and can help guide further referral. We can discuss this based on your location.

Then what is the value of doing this assessment?

This process gives you structured insight into your attention, regulation, and executive function patterns, along with practical strategies to support how your brain and nervous system function. Many clients find it brings clarity, validation, and direction, even before pursuing formal diagnosis.

Which assessments are used?

Depending on your needs, the screening may include standardized tools such as:

• WURS - Wender Utah Rating Scale
• ASRS - Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale
• ACOS - ADHD Clinical Outcome Scale

These and other screenings we use are delivered through a professional psychometric assessment platform. The actual tools to be used will be assessed in the initial consultation, additional testing may be considered appropriate based on findings.

Is this suitable if I am on a waiting list for assessment?

Yes. Many people use this service while waiting for formal evaluation. It provides structured insight and practical support strategies during the waiting period. It is not a replacement for specialist assessment, it is bridge support.

Is this suitable for children and teenagers?

Yes, with parent involvement. For minors, assessments are completed by parents (and sometimes teachers), and the feedback session focuses on home and school support strategies. This is screening and support, not diagnosis.

Do you prescribe medication?

No. This service does not include prescribing or medical treatment. If you wish to explore medication, you will need to consult a qualified medical professional.

Do you recommend natural or non-medical supports?

Where appropriate, we discuss nervous system regulation strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and evidence-informed natural support options. These are educational suggestions, not medical prescriptions.

How long does the process take?

Most clients complete the questionnaires in 20–35 minutes. The feedback session is 60–75 minutes. The full process is usually completed within a few days depending on questionnaire completion time.

What happens after the assessment?

You receive your written reports and a guided feedback session. You may then choose optional follow-up support sessions or the NeuroBlueprint nervous system regulation program for ongoing support.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Assessments are delivered through a secure professional platform, and your results are treated as confidential client information.
