You’re supported through live 90-minute sessions each month, with additional support between sessions as needed (especially during the early months, or when life brings something difficult to the surface.)

Is Fusion therapy or coaching?

Fusion doesn’t fit neatly into either category.

It’s a one-to-one nervous system recalibration that works at the level of physiology, not performance or emotional processing.

There’s guidance, reflection, and integration, but no agenda to fix you, analyse you, or push emotional disclosure. The pace is set by your nervous system, not a framework.

I’m not very comfortable talking about feelings. Is this a problem?

No. Many men in Fusion feel the same way.

Fusion doesn’t rely on verbal processing or emotional storytelling.

The work is body-led, not talk-ledYou don’t need the right words.

You don’t need to explain yourself well. Your nervous system does the work.

I’ve already done therapy or personal development. How is this different?

Most men who come to Fusion are already self-awareThey understand their patterns.

They can explain where things began. They’ve talked it through.

Fusion works at a different level. Instead of asking your mind to manage your body, it helps your nervous system learn, through repeated experiences of safety, that it no longer needs to stay on guard. What if nothing is “wrong” with me?

That’s common.

Fusion isn’t for crisis moments. It’s for men whose lives are outwardly functional and successful, but whose bodies are signalling that something needs to shift. You don’t need a breakdown or diagnosis to benefit from this work.

Will this make me less driven or take away my edge?

No. This is a common concern, and it doesn’t happen.

Men don’t become passive or unmotivated.

They become less driven by pressure and more guided by clarity.

Will this bring up things I’m not ready to deal with?

Fusion begins with regulation and stability so that when deeper material arises, your nervous system has the capacity to meet it.

Most of the patterns we’re working with developed over decades. A year allows the changes to integrate into your body, relationships, and daily life, rather than remaining a short-term experience.

Can I do Fusion while I’m already in therapy?

Possibly.

Some men pause other work while focusing on Fusion. This is something Judith will discuss with you privately to ensure the support you’re receiving is coherent, complementary, and safe.

What if I’m not sure this is for me yet?
