A single, focused 90-minute session with Judith, designed for the moment you're ready to stop managing it and actually start shifting it.
This isn't talk therapy. It's not coaching. It's a space where Judith works with your nervous system, the place where these patterns actually live, so that something real can begin to move.

What actually happens in the Lighthouse session.
First - you're heard properly.
Not just the situation. The pattern beneath it. Judith listens for what isn't being said as much as what is. There's no agenda to fix you or push you anywhere before you're ready.Then - something begins to shift.
Using body-led, somatic and psychological approaches, Judith works with the pattern at the level it actually lives. Not in your thinking. In your body. This is where real change begins.
You leave with something tangible.
Clarity about what's actually driving the behaviour. Tools you can use straight away. And an honest sense of what it might take to shift this for good, not just manage it better.

Do I need to have done therapy before?
No. Some people arriving at Lighthouse have done years of work. Others are coming for the very first time. What matters is that you're ready to look honestly at something.
I'm not sure I'm the problem- it might be the situation.
Lighthouse isn't about blame. It's about understanding what you can work with, and your response to a situation is always something we can work with, regardless of what caused it.
Will one session be enough?
It depends. For some people it creates a meaningful shift. For others it opens something that wants more support. Judith will be honest with you about what she sees.
What happens after?
