A private, unhurried day with Judith, held in her dedicated space and in the natural landscape around it. Mountains, ocean, open air. The environment itself is part of the medicine.
Lunch together
Not a break from the work, a part of it. Time to breathe, to integrate, to simply be in your body and the beauty around you before the afternoon continues.
A closing integration session after your day
Within the weeks following, you and Judith will meet again to anchor what shifted, process what came up, and set the direction for what comes next.
A month of informal support
You won't be left to navigate the aftermath alone. For the month following your day, Judith is available for informal support as you integrate the changes into your daily life.
